Transition to Adulthood

For children ages 16 - 17 years

Turning 18 soon? This virtual group will explore topics such as setting goals, meal planning, money management, keeping your space clean, developing cover letters and resumes, job readiness skills, using public transportation and personal hygiene. Participants will be encouraged to practice new skills during the virtual group and continue practicing at home with caregiver support. The last 2 sessions will be in person, meeting in a community location TBD.
