Ages 13-14 years

Is your teen heading to Grade 9 in September? This in-person group will help your teen feel prepared and confident for the exciting – and sometimes overwhelming – transition to high school.

What we will do:

• Master organization skills: Learn how to manage schedules, assignments, and backpacks like a pro!
• Navigate the new environment: Discover tips for finding their locker, moving between classes, and getting involved.
• Build social skills: Practice making new friends, joining clubs, and handling social situations with confidence.
• Develop positive behaviors: Understand what’s expected at high school and learn strategies to succeed.

This group is perfect for teens who:

• Are feeling a little nervous about starting high school.
• Want to feel organized and prepared for the first day.
• Are looking for tips on making friends and fitting in.
