PEERS is a proven program designed to help teenagers entering high school this fall or in high school who want to improve their social skills by making friends, handling conflicts, and maintaining friendships.

The program involves 14 weekly group sessions that last 90 minutes each. During these sessions, teens learn social skills through discussions and practical exercises, like role-playing and group activities. At the same time, parents attend their own sessions where they learn how to support their teens in building and maintaining friendships.

A Group Meet and Greet will take place at the Niagara Family Centre on August 21 at 6:00pm - 7:30pm

Please note that there is a limit of one clinical group per child.
