AIM Part 1 and Part 2

Ages 7-9 years

AIM is a curriculum that combines Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness to address social and emotional challenges in children. Join our AIM program, a fun and interactive group designed to help you bounce back from challenges and reach your goals! Youth should be comfortable working with staff in a small group setting (3 youth to 1 staff).

Here’s what you’ll gain:

  • Develop strong emotional resilience to handle life’s ups and downs.
  • Learn how to identify what’s important and make decisions that move you forward.
  • Discover strategies to be flexible and handle different situations.

AIM Part 1: This introductory session sets the foundation for success in the program. You’ll learn key concepts and build the skills you need to thrive. (Prerequisite for AIM Part 2)

AIM Part 2: Take your skills to the next level! Apply what you learned in Part 1 to real-life situations and achieve your personal goals.
