Transition to Adulthood Virtual FOCUS GROUP

As  part of our Caregiver Engagement Initiative, we’re hosting FOCUS GROUPS for Parents and Caregivers who have been, currently are, or soon will be involved in our Transition to Adulthood Programs. We’re looking for feedback on your family’s experiences and hoping to identify any gaps in our services that can be addressed. We value your voice and  would welcome your ideas!

Participants will be treated to a small token of our appreciation in exchange for sharing your invaluable lived experiences.
