This clinical group is designed for teens ages 13 to 14 who are heading into Grade 9 this September. We’ll help them feel prepared and confident for the exciting, yet sometimes overwhelming, transition to high school. Your teen will master organization skills, learn to navigate their new environment, build social connections, and develop positive behaviors to ensure a successful start. This group is perfect for teens feeling a little nervous and looking for tips on making friends and fitting in.
