Transition to Adulthood

This is a 5-day, half-day session for teens 15-17 years

Monday July 28 - Friday August 1
1:00pm - 4:00pm

at Niagara College - Daniel J. Patterson Campus

Will your teen be turning 18 soon? This summer group will equip them with the skills to thrive as an independent young adult. Join our supportive and interactive group! We will practice skills together and have fun on the way to adulthood.

This program is appropriate for youth who can follow multi-step instructions independently, communicate verbally and can participate in an in-person group setting.
