Pathways to Employment 

Ages 14-17 years

Pathways to Employment helps teens build the skills needed to feel more confident and prepared for work-related experiences.

Beyond résumés and interviews, the group focuses on things that really matter on the job — understanding strengths, communicating with others, handling feedback, and managing the ups and downs of work environments.

Teens must be safe in group setting of 3 teens to 1 staff.
