Prevention and Management of a Crisis

In this workshop you will learn about common struggles for the caregiver, staff and individual during a crisis, how to overcome this, recommendations and also be provided community resources to try to prevent a crisis in the future while supporting someone with a disability and/or dual diagnosis. This workshop is intended for caregivers and/or staff that have experienced crisis while supporting someone with a disability and/or dual diagnosis or someone that would like to learn more about crisis and crisis management.

Audience:

This virtual workshop is geared towards caregivers, support staff, family members, and anyone that would like to know more about this topic. There is no cost to attend this workshop.
