In this workshop you will learn how to recognize the early signs of peer conflict, how to prevent and handle peer conflict in the moment, followed by strategies for debriefing, rebuilding rapport and how to plan for the future. This workshop is intended for caregivers and/or staff that have experienced peer to peer conflict and/or would like to learn more about conflict prevention, planning and resolution.
This virtual workshop is geared towards caregivers, support staff, family members, and anyone that would like to know more about this topic. There is no cost to attend this workshop.
