Fall Group Registration | Ages 7-9 years

New this Fall: One registration form for all groups in this age range. We’ve made registration easier for families. Complete one form for all recreational and clinical programs listed below, and choose your first, second, and third choices. Our team will review each registration carefully and consider your child’s selections, needs, group fit and available space. Programs are not filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
